Telescopic masts are aerial work platforms used in a wide number of construction and maintenance applications, providing access to work areas at height and hard to reach surfaces.  A telescopic mast uses the boom mechanism for elongation by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure for raising the work platform to the required height with a possible extension or jib arm for further reach capacity.
